Dental Patient Statements
CDT-coded billing for solo and small-practice dentists
Patients and insurance reviewers look for the same basics: procedure codes, plain-English descriptions, insurance estimates, patient share, and a balance that reconciles. Issueable keeps those pieces visible without turning the statement into a practice-management workflow.

Dental Invoice FAQ
Patient Statements That Don't Trigger Phone Calls
The biggest source of front-desk phone calls in a dental practice is patients confused about their statement. "What's this $185 charge?" "Did insurance pay anything?" "Why do I owe $37?": all preventable with clear line items, CDT codes, and insurance/patient splits on every line.
Issueable patient statements put that structure on the page: procedure code, description, fee, insurance estimate, and patient share for each line. The totals reconcile at the bottom, so the patient can see what changed after insurance and what remains due.
Note: Issueable is not a dental practice management system. For scheduling, charting, claims submission, and clinical records, pair with Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft, or Curve. Issueable handles only the patient-facing financial document.
For the over-the-counter retail products you sell at the front desk, the sales-tax receipt template handles those separately from the clinical statement. If you operate a multi-location practice with business-to-business invoicing needs, see small business invoicing.
