Encrypted Transmission: All data transmitted to and from Issueable is encrypted using HTTPS with TLS (Transport Layer Security). This means your information is protected from interception while in transit.

Minimal Storage: Free watermarked previews are processed in memory and discarded — nothing is retained. When you purchase a PDF, we keep that document's form data so you can download it again from your purchase receipt page, or from your history if you had an account with that email when you paid. If you create an account for our subscription products, your saved documents and templates are stored so you can reuse them. In every case, your form inputs are never sold, shared with third parties, or used for marketing purposes.

Account Data: If you create an account for our monthly or annual subscription, your data is stored on encrypted volumes provided by our hosting provider, and is only used to manage your subscription and document history. We minimize what we collect: we never store payment card numbers.

Stripe Payment Processing: Payments are handled by Stripe. Issueable receives payment status and order details, not your full card number.

We Never See Your Card: When you pay for a document, your credit card information goes directly to Stripe's secure servers. Issueable never receives, stores, or has access to your full credit card number, expiration date, or CVV. We only receive confirmation that your payment was successful.

Multiple Payment Methods: Stripe accepts credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, giving you flexibility in how you pay while maintaining the same level of security.

No Data Selling: We will never sell, lease, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing, advertising, or any other commercial purpose. Period.

Minimal Data Collection: We only collect information necessary to generate your documentand process your payment. We don't ask for information we don't need.

No Behavioral Tracking or Ad Pixels: We do not use tracking pixels, behavioral analytics that profile individual users, or cookies for advertising purposes. We rely only on minimal first-party server logs to understand aggregate usage and detect performance issues, never to build a profile of you or share with advertisers.

Secure Hosting: Issueable is hosted on industry-standard cloud infrastructure with automated backups, redundancy, and disaster recovery. Our infrastructure is designed for availability and security.

Access Controls: Only essential personnel have access to systems that handle user data, and all access is logged and monitored. We follow the principle of least privilege: people only have access to what they need to do their jobs.

Regular Security Updates: We keep all software dependencies, libraries, and frameworks up to date with the latest security patches. Our codebase is regularly reviewed for vulnerabilities.
